Claire Reneé is a wellness educator and certified Yin Yoga instructor whose work centers on creating space for rest, reflection, and connection through intentional movement.

With a foundation in professional dance training in New York City and years of experience teaching across movement, fitness, and yoga, Claire brings a deep understanding of the body as both an expressive and restorative tool. Her background includes modern and ballet-based techniques, Pilates, and kinesiology, which inform a grounded, body-aware approach to movement.

Over time, her practice evolved from performance into teaching, where she spent several years guiding students in New York and Los Angeles, including five years as an instructor at SoulCycle before completing her Yin Yoga certification in 2020.

Through Claire's Wellness Corner, she shares yoga flows, stretch routines, and reflections designed to help people return to their bodies, breath, and everyday rhythm. While her work is open to all, it is especially rooted in creating accessible, affirming wellness experiences for those who have not always felt represented in traditional wellness spaces.
