Pilates has been such an amazing addition to my movement practice. It challenges my strength, helps with alignment, and pairs beautifully with many styles of yoga and mobility work. I shared a list a while back, but I wanted to update it since my go-tos have shifted. These five creators keep me motivated, inspired, and consistent.
1. Izzy Samuel (Pilates by Izzy) https://www.youtube.com/@izzy.samuel
Izzy’s classes are short, spicy, and effective. If you’re seeking a challenging workout and a solid path to building strength, look no further. This is your girl. The pilates shakes are definitely present when I join Izzy. I love her focus on form and her ability to make every minute count. Perfect if you’re short on time but want maximum impact.
2. Flow With Mira https://www.youtube.com/@FlowWithMira
Mira’s style is smooth, intentional, and precise. She cues alignment so well, and her flows feel very well thought out and intentional. If you want to move with grace while still building serious strength, she’s the one to watch. She goes at a lovely pace for all levels.
3. Move With Nicole https://www.youtube.com/@MoveWithNicole
Nicole is a YouTube staple for a reason. Her videos range from short targeted workouts to longer full-body sessions, and her calm energy makes even the toughest sequences doable. I love her versatility; there’s something for every mood and energy level. I also think, like Izzy, she is going to give you a solid burn and make you sweat. There are times I’m digging just a little deeper to find that last hold or those last few pulses when it comes to Nicole.
4. Move With Mojo https://www.youtube.com/@Whatmojoloves
Mojo’s workouts are fun, dynamic, and fresh. I think she is an excellent teacher who knows what she is teaching and why. She often combines pilates with creative sequencing that keeps things exciting. I reach for her when I want something uplifting but still grounded in solid technique.
5.Yoga With Kassandra(Now Offering Pilates!) https://www.youtube.com/@yogawithkassandra
I’ve loved Kassandra for her Yin yoga classes, so when she started offering Pilates, I had to try them. Her teaching style is clear, structured, and mindful, just like her yoga classes. If you’re already a yoga fan but have been curious about Pilates, her channel is a great bridge.
Why I Love This Mix Of Pilates-Focused Creators
Each of these instructors brings a unique approach to Pilates. Some are fiery and quick, others are methodical and grounded, and together, they keep my practice balanced. Pilates has become a tool I rely on for strength and stability, which only deepens my yoga and mobility work.
